Junior Training Sessions Return

U16 and U14 training restarts this week for the new season. The girls are starting again on Wednesday 6th September from 6pm and the boys on Thursday 7th September again at 6pm. The intermediate mixed sessions for 11-15 year olds on Friday’s will start again on 15th September – please note the start time for this has been slightly amended to 5:30pm. HockeyFest Success

The beautiful weather and lure of some great hockey brought people in force to the Dalrod Sports Ground for the first HockeyFest held by City Of Peterbrough Hockey Club. Hockeyfest Day

This year we have decided to jump on the Hockeyfest bandwagon so on Saturday 2nd September come down and join in the fun! The men are in action first at 10am with the 3rds v 4ths, followed by the 2nds v Long Sutton 1st at 11:30 , concluding with the men 1st v West Bridgeford 1st at 1:30pm. Success at SWAN Tournament

This weekend saw the SWAN tournament return to City Of Peterborough Hockey Club and last years fundraising total doubled and then some more! Six teams took part in the event organised by Nathan Foad comprising of Pink Swans, Blue Green Zeds, Jurrassic, Sons Of Pitches, Leaton’s Legends and Helen’s Hooligans! Return of SWAN Festival

Saturday 8th July sees the return of the successful SWAN hockey festival at the home of City Of Peterborough Hockey Club- Dalrod Sports Centre.  SWAN stands for Syndrome Without A Name and is organised by COPHC 1st Team member Nathan Foad who has a family friend Tommy James who suffers from this. England Hockey Engaging Games for Children Course

Beer Festival this weekend!

The 6th Annual Peterborough Town Sports Club Beer Festival starts on Friday 23rd June and runs all weekend.   As well as the variety of ales available outside in the tent and in the bar, there will be cider, a real lager and for the first time this year, a Gin Bar, featuring carefully selected gins. County Representation Success

Annual 7’s Festival

The 35th annual 7’s Festival takes place on the 24th/25th June.  As always the Saturday is mens hockey and Sunday is mixed hockey. This is in conjucntion with the annual beer festiva,l with hot food catering available, 24 real ales and ciders and live music on Friday and Saturday night.
