Saturday 8th July sees the return of the successful SWAN hockey festival at the home of City Of Peterborough Hockey Club- Dalrod Sports Centre.  SWAN stands for Syndrome Without A Name and is organised by COPHC 1st Team member Nathan Foad who has a family friend Tommy James who suffers from this.

There will be six teams taking part comprising of Pink Swans, Blue Green Zeds, Jurrassic, Sons Of Pitches, Leaton’s Legends and Helen’s Hooligans with the Tommy James trophy up for grabs!

Games are 40 minutes, starting at 10am through until the last league game at 16:40pm.

For those that aren’t taking part in the hockey, there are plenty of other activities taking place to amuse all ages.  Just some of these include ‘Hit The Bell’, Hockey Beer Pong and the return of the successful Flicking Challenge from the Sevens Tournament a fortnight ago.
