Report: CoP Men’s 5th XI vs Cambridge University 3rd XI – March 02, 2024

We had 16 players today and thankfully Paul Evans running the bench.

We were 2 down by half time, we were careless with posession and Uni pressed us and forced us to make bad passes that resulted in us giving teh ball away too often.

The first goal was from a PF that Mark Fowler  caused but the bull was going in anyway.

We tried the attack wide / defend narrow but Cambs were quick and moved teh ball around well

We got the game back to 2-2 only to loose again in the last minute to open play, when we should have been trying to just keep posession.
