Report: CoP Men’s 5th XI vs Cambridge Nomads 2nd XI – October 07, 2023

Started teh game with a good formation and tight press

Dominated first 10 mins which resulted with a goal.

Only 2 short corners all day for us.

Players in D keen to try and shoot rather than pass or upgrade.

In 2nd half after about 15 mins of pressure Harry R shot from close to keeper and went under the keeper and a defender knocked it in.

Greeny only touched teh ball 2 times.

Great work from teh defence and all teh team on a very hot 21C October day.

The Pitch 3 at WF rd was terrible, bobly and uneven.

Quinn got 3 votes and MOM.
