This Friday’s session (24th Jan 2014, 6.30-8.30pm) at One Leisure St.Ives Outdoor, PE27 6SJ

Guest Coach Helen Fagg will be leading a session on Diving.

Including working on:

1. Low off the posts both sides – introduce the smive

2. Covering wider than the posts

3. Decision making with the dive

4. Diving in the air – landing and recovery

Following weeks session (31st Jan 2014, 6.30-8.30pm) at One Leisure St.Ives Outdoor, PE27 6SJ

Guest Coach Lynn Dawson will be leading a session on Smothering.

Including working on:

1. Smother movement and footwork drills

2. Smother position, developing the smive and getting up

3. Decision making on left and right hand smother

4. Combination saves
