Report: CoP Men’s 5th XI vs Wisbech Town 2nd XI – November 18, 2023

A very tough game against top of the table.We battled well the first 10 minutes then succumbed to goal number 1.By half time it was 3 nil and we had only had a few shots on goal.Jamie O’Connell got sent off with a yellow card 13 minutes before the end of the game for arguing with Duncan the umpire.By the end we were 7 nil down.Harry Raybould picked up another MOM and JOC got DOD

Cambs Uni 3s came out fast and hard and went 1-0 after 10 mins, COP composed themselves fought back well and ended 1st half 2-1 up. City went down 1 – 0 after a short corner. We failed to control the midfield and Spalding pressed high and restricted teh opportunities toget the ball out from a 16.
