A wet evening we headed off to Oakham school to play Neil evans 1st XI boys team. M5s bolstered with Gaz, Hills (first game this season) and Josh Crompton. We enetered this game with the expectation it would be one of our easier games. How so wrong. During the first half, poor passing, drilling into contact and the lack of ability to finish meant we were 4-1 down. We arrived full of confidence and left broken. The Team played terrible, giving the ball away far too often, alot of time from a 16 free hit. Sam the goal keeper had a great game and kept the score to 3 when it could have been 6 or more. We lacked movement and fight, loosing most 50/50 tackles.
