Exciting New Partnership

We are excited to announce that we are launching a new partnership with Oundle School. This is something we have been working on for some time and are now able to officially commence.

As a club, we are ambitious, family-orientated, and proud of our growth in recent years. We place high value on fostering community connections and creating opportunities for young players to reach their potential. We are therefore delighted that our junior members will benefit from the exceptional facilities and high-quality coaching available at Oundle School. In turn, we look forward to some of the Oundle pupils joining us within the sessions and providing them with the opportunity of a  pathway to competitive club hockey that complements their school experience and supports their long-term development in the sport.

We are starting this season by offering the sessions to all U14, U16 and U18 teams. You will find a schedule below that outlines our dates and times for each team (who will have three sessions each throughout the remainder of the season).

We have booked nights that don’t clash with adult sessions. The weeks when the team are at Oundle will replace their session that week at the club. Eg. On the 11th November when the U14 girls are at Oundle School, it will only be the U16s training on Wednesday 12th between 6-7pm.

Not only will these bespoke sessions allow our juniors to experience the outstanding facilities at Oundle School, it will allow them to hear from different coaching voices and work on specifics as a whole squad on a full pitch. The team coaches will also attend where possible and have communication with the lead coaches as to the focus of the sessions.

For each session, parents will need to park at the Oundle School Sports Centre car park, Milton Road, Oundle PE8 4AB and then follow the signs to the astro pitches. Please allow a good ten minutes to make your way to the pitches upon arrival. Sessions will commence at 7pm and finish at 8.30pm. There will be toilets available, but no changing  facilities, so please ensure the players come changed and ready to train.

These sessions are included in our juniors’ membership and therefore there is no additional charge.
