Happy 67th Anniversary of the Brummitt

MIXED HOCKEY TOURNAMENT SATURDAY 12TH AND SUNDAY 13TH APRIL 2025 

Dear Club/Players 

It is with great pleasure that The City of Peterborough Hockey Club invite you to the 2025 Brummitt Tournament 

Entries are restricted to 16 teams and all teams will play a minimum of six games over the weekend. The entry fee is £320 per team, this includes: 

2 days of hockey, Cup or Plate competition depending on progress in Saturday’s games 
Playing on grass and synthetic pitch (teams should bring the appropriate footwear) 
In the event of bad weather rendering the grass pitch unplayable a revised format will be applied to play all games on the Astro pitch (please note this could include a change of format to 2 half pitch, 7-a-side games or 11-a-side with reduced playing time) 
Tickets for the Saturday evening’s Fancy Dress (optional – but most do), live music, curry 
Free camping with facilities – either tents or caravans (advanced notice is required) UNDER 16-YEAR-OLDS MUST BE SUPERVIDED BY AN ADULT 
All day bar ONLY ALCOHOL BOUGHT ON SITE CAN BE CONSUMED ON THE PREMISES  
All day hot and cold food provided on site 
Pitch side Eleven Hockey Stall 
Raffle (drawn on the Sunday after the quarter finals) 
The famous 100-yard dash and Tug of War (surface conditions allowing), prizes and trophies to be won

The non-returnable deposit of £50 can be paid directly to City of Peterborough Hockey Club, please reference payment as Brummitt and the team and contact name. Payment options are as follows:

Deposits to be paid by Friday 28th March 2025 and the final balance of £270 made by Friday 4th April 2025, using the above payment. REMEMBER TO REFERENCE PAYMENTS
