Pre-Season Presentation Picnic

With a new season hopefully approaching, the time has come to celebrate the fun, efforts and achievements of the last season. 

The Hockey Club will be host to the Pre-Season Presentation Picnic on Saturday 5th September 14.30-20.00. 

There will be 40 pitches available for a hire fee of £5 per pitch or £10 including pinic bench (these are in short supply, first come, first served). All monies raised to the Pitch Fund. 

Each pitch will be 3m x 3m and will be marked out at a socially distance  2m from the ones next to it. Upto 6 people can occupy each pitch. You are able to hire multiple pitches and these can be situated together to accommodate teams. 

The bar will be open from 14.30, it will be a restricted bar as with previous picnic events, though there will still be ample lager, ale, cider, bottled drinks including prosecco and soft drinks available. Contactles payment preferred.

Feel free to bring your own picnic (No BBQs) as well as chairs, tables and gazebos. Please note you may NOT bring any of your own alcohol on the premises. 

The presentation of awards is due to begin at 5pm to include both team and club awards.

Closing date for pitch hire is Thursday 3rd September. 

To comply with Track and Trace requirements we must have this information and it will be loaded into our invoicing system and you will recieve an invoice for either £5 or £10 depending on your booking. You will pay upfront and then when you arrive there will be a sign with you pitch number on it. 

On the day, order drinks at the bar then these will be brought to you at your pitch. If anyone would like to help out at the picnic as a server for an hour or two, please let Holly know.
