On Sunday 15th September, Peterborough Town Sports Club are hosting a charity day for Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice, with each section holding events to raise money for the cause.

Sue RyderDuring the Men’s 1st team match at 1pm, there will be a charity bucket being circulated during the game, as well as throughout the rest of the day.

The main event for the Charity from the Hockey section though will be a Mixed game at 2.30pm, with the match fees per player (£5) going towards the charity.

If you would like to play in the Mixed game, please contact Holly Finding via Facebook, or call her on 07841 455971.  The more the merrier on the day.

There will also be a cake sale going on throughout the day with members donating cakes ready to be sold to the public with all the money going straight to charity.  If you are a keen baker or fancy donating a cake we would love to have it on the bake sale stand in the clubhouse.

The whole Sports club are excited to host the charity day for such a good cause which has helped lots of members/families over the years.  All members, families & friends are welcome to come down to see the sport on offer and all the Sports Club sections coming together to raise money.
