Wisbech Town HC would like to formally invite you to our Summer 7’s Festival. 

The date for this year has been now finalised as the 18th – 20th  July 2014

The format will be similar to previous years, with substantial improvements made. 
This years biggest changes are the introduction of two grass pitches in addition to the 2 astroturf pitches. 

The maximum team entry has also been increased to 20 teams based on the resounding success of last years event and subsequent interest. 

We pride ourselves on providing a good weekend of mixed social hockey, along with great music, plenty of entertainment, food and drink!

The festival will begin on Friday evening with WTHC’s Annual Beerpong Tournament. Entry for this event should be completed before the 18th July and cash prizes are given to the winners and runners up. The ‘WTHC Beerpong Championship’ uses marked tables and World Cup rules. Teams of two will compete until they can’t continue or are knocked out of the tournament. A disco with a live mixing DJ will finish off the evening.

Team registration should be completed Friday evening when teams may collect their wristbands for entry and food tokens. The first game will start around 10am Saturday morning. Games will continue throughout the day on both grass and astroturf. 
Included in the entry fee is an evening meal on Saturday and the party will continue into the evening with the well know Wisbech Cricket Club stump race, followed by a disco – DJ’s TBC.

Breakfast on Sunday morning is also included in the entry fee, (bacon or sausage rolls). Games will begin Sunday at around 10am. Knock out games for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams will be in the afternoon, with the winners presentation and raffle around 3pm.

£160 per team, consisting of a maximum of 10 players. Each player over this limit will be an extra £10 per head.
A £60 deposit is required by close of play Monday 2nd June.

The full balance should be settled no later than Monday 7th July to fully secure your place.
