Hockey Camp at City of Peterborough in local school half terms
Club coach Neil Evans will be running two one day Junior Hockey Training Camps in the upcoming half terms. The sessions are open to all (not just club members) and designed for boys and girls aged between 8 and 15 years old on their school half terms.
He will be assisted by first team coach Gareth Andrew, with the day focusing on skills development and improving individual techniques. This is a great opportunity to learn as “one to one” coaching will be available on the day too.
The two dates are:
- Wednesday 23rd October
- Tuesday 29th October
The sessions are being run at City of Peterborough Hockey Club, Bretton Gate, Peterborough, PE3 9UZ (next to the City Hospital). Coaching on both days will run from 10am to 4pm, although players can be dropped off as early as 9am, if that makes arrangements easier.
The cost is £20 for each day, payable on the day by cheque or cash. As well as playing and protective equipment (shinpads / mouthguards), players will need to bring a packed lunch, drinks and suitable clothing for the weather on the day.
